Elton & Angia Lee Tootle
Elton and Angia Lee Tootle founded Coastal Homebuilders in 2000, bringing expertise, dedication, and a customer-first approach to every project.
Elton is a detail-oriented contractor who strives to provide the best for his customers alongside his wife, Angia Lee. Angia Lee plays a vital role in the office, managing operations and overseeing finances to keep Coastal running smoothly.
Together, they take a hands-on approach to their projects, working closely with their employees to guarantee quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Their goal is to build homes and commercial buildings that not only meet expectations but exceed them, allowing customers to enjoy their space with confidence and peace of mind.

Trent Hebert
Trent Hebert is an essential part of the Coastal Homebuilders team, serving as our Project Manager since August 2018. He is a college graduate from LSU with his bachelor’s in construction management.
Trent handles the majority of our project bids, visits job sites to take measurements, assess material needs, and oversee progress.
Additionally, Trent also helps with scheduling, coordinating workers and job timelines to keep jobs running efficiently and on time.

Susan LeBoeuf
Susan LeBouf is the Head of Cabinets and has been an essential part of our Coastal Team since February 2020. With over a decade of experience in cabinet design, she brings expertise and creativity to every project.
Susan draws and designs all our custom cabinet layouts, ensuring they are tailored to meet our customers’ needs. She has a remarkable ability to take any idea and craft the perfect design for everyday convenience.

Emma Fontana
Emma Fontana is the Head of Stoneworks, Office Coordinator, and Social Media Manager and has been a part of our team since November 2023. She is a college graduate from Nicholls State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Emma assists clients in selecting their materials for their custom projects, ensuring both quality and style. She’s also the creative force behind our social media and website, curating posts that highlight our craftsmanship and projects.
